Business identity
USecure Locksmith & Access Control is an operating name of USecure Locksmith Services Ltd. This policy applies to information handled through the USecure website, contact channels and service-request process.
Information you choose to provide
When you call, email or submit a request, you may provide your name, contact details, property city or address, service details, photos, access instructions and information about the hardware, door, lock, access-control system, intercom, CCTV or related issue. USecure uses this information to respond to requests, assess the job, schedule service, complete the requested work, communicate with you and keep appropriate business records.
Website request form
The request form sends the information you enter to USecure at info@usecure.ca. Form delivery, spam prevention, hosting and other technical services may process information as needed to operate the website and deliver the request.
Security check
The short arithmetic security check and hidden spam-trap fields are used to reduce automated submissions. They do not use advertising cookies or facial recognition.
QR scan measurement
A USecure vehicle or business-card QR code records the time, campaign source and broad device category when its link is opened. This is used to measure how often each code is used. It does not store your name, contact details or precise location.
Service records and photos
Information related to a service request may be kept with invoices, estimates, job notes, photos, equipment details and customer communication records. These records help USecure complete work, support future service, document completed work, manage accounting and meet legal or business record-keeping requirements.
Sharing and retention
Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, communication, invoicing, payment processing, scheduling, storage, accounting or other legitimate business operations. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to collect unpaid accounts, to protect legal rights, or with your consent.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for customer service, business operations, accounting, warranty support, legal compliance, dispute handling and record-keeping. Retention periods vary depending on the type of record and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may contact USecure to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, accounting and operational limits. USecure may need to verify the request before acting on it.
