Information you choose to provide
If you call or email USecure, you may provide contact details, a property location and information about the service you need. This information is used to respond to your request, plan service and keep appropriate business records.
Website request form
The request form sends the contact details and project description you enter directly to USecure at info@usecure.ca. FormSubmit is used to deliver the email and may retain form submissions for up to 30 days for delivery and recovery purposes.
Photos and security check
If you choose to add a photo, it is uploaded to protected website storage and a signed, hard-to-guess link is placed in the request email. The link expires after 30 days. Do not upload identification, financial records or other sensitive personal information. The short arithmetic security check is used to reduce automated spam and does not use advertising cookies or facial recognition.
Sharing and retention
Personal information is not sold. Information may be retained as reasonably needed for customer service, business operations and applicable record-keeping obligations. It may be disclosed where required by law or to service providers supporting legitimate business operations.
